As a creative family photographer, I tend to take a journalistic approach to family photos. With this style, the emphasis is on capturing natural, interactive and candid photos that show the true personalities of your family members.

At my family sessions, the goal is to help everyone forget the camera and the pressures of a family session and be who they authentically are.
Are you based near St Louis?
I cover St. Louis and the surrounding areas, and I'm more than willing to travel! I'm always up for an intimate in-home session and frequently shoot all throughout the St. Louis area. A few of those being Eureka, Balwin, Kirkwood, Manchester, Wildwood, Chesterfield, St. Charles, Clayton, University City, and Washington. I always love working at a new location or exploring a new park with my clients. For my lifestyle photography services, I love combining the beauty of your family and the natural light of an outdoor location.

I would love to get the chance to capture your family and every detail of your love for one another. This requires setting an intentional vision for your family photoshoot and collaborating together.
I have two family photo packages and an option to purchase a milestone collection. A milestone collection is a bundle of three sessions done over the course of 18 months. This is perfect for those expecting as this allows us to capture maternity, newborn, and on year photos with on single purchase. No matter the package selected, all my clients get access to a family style guide that helps guide you through outfit selection and tips for having a successful session with kids. You also get access to my client wardrobe and online storefront to utilize when printing your images. The average investment for a family photoshoot is $800.
As a lifestyle photographer, I'm guiding you and your children towards natural and candid interactions that are captured beautifully and authentically. After the session you receive a professional online digital gallery to download both high resolution and web size files.

Family photos are meant to be printed and shared throughout your home, and I have an easy resource to help you with that. I deliver your images through a service called “Pic-Time” which is an online gallery delivery system. This service gives you access to have your images professionally printed without having to export and import the photos on an additional website. I can also help you curate your photo albums on-site to streamline the process.

A clients typical receive between 150-200 images from a one hour session with me. This is all dependent on how the children are doing, and how many outfit and location changes there are.

A typical one hour family session is very common for most family photographers. My lowest package is one hour because of this. I really like having an hour and a half with families so we can fall into a natural rhythm together.

When it comes to family photographers I believe you need to look for someone who knows how to communicate with kids and is able to work and adapt to all the energy in a lifestyle photoshoot. As a family photographer I really put an emphasis on connecting with everyone at the photoshoot so they feel safe and carefree around me.
